2025 season FAQs:

Q: What days/times are games and practices?

A: Tee ball, Single A and AA divisions:

1 practice during the week (day and time will vary by team) and 1 game on Saturdays between 8:45am and 2pm. 

AAA division:
1 Practice:
Mondays from 4:30pm to 6pm
2 Games:
Wednesdays with games times starting at 5pm, 5:30pm or 7pm
Saturdays with game times starting at 2:30pm or 5pm

Majors division:
1 Practice:
Mondays from 6pm to 7:30pm
2 Games:
Tuesdays and Thursdays with games starting at 5:30pm or 6pm


Q:  When will the game schedules and team assignments be posted?

A: We are currently working on team assignments and team schedules and expect to have them posted in the next couple of weeks.  You will receive an email from the league once they are posted.


Q: What equipment will my child need?

A: All players should have their own helmet and baseball glove.  We recommend players have their own baseball bat, however each team is provided with 1 bat to be shared by the team if needed.

Amesbury Little League will supply all players a team jersey and hat for all divisions. All players must wear long pants and either sneakers or cleats during games. Baseball pants are strongly recommended, but not required.


Q: When does the season begin?

A: Practices will begin once the fields are dry enough and ready to be used (typically the 2nd week of April).  Games begin on April 29th for the Majors Division, April 30th for the AAA division and all other divisions on May 3rd following the opening day parade and ceremonies.
